hunspell-te software package provides Telugu dictionary for hunspell, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hunspell-te
hunspell-te is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hunspell-te package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hunspell-te *
You will get with hunspell-te package name, version, architecture and description in a table
